Keep Shaytaan Far Awayyy!

Do you know about Shaytaan?
He’s the worst around!
He never does what Allaah says
And moves without a sound.

He whispers in a person’s ear
And says to do things wrong
He tells us, “Disobey Allaah”
All night and all day long.

So never do what Shaytaan says
He lies and wants to harm
But think of Allaah and be strong
And you can beat Shaytaan!

"I seek refuge in Allaah"
Say this every day
To keep the evil, wicked Shaytaan
Far, far, far away!

The easy road to Jannah

One day the Blessed Prophet was looking strangely sad.
“Woe unto him! May his nose rub in the dust!” he lamented.
“Woe unto him! May his nose rub in the dust!” he repeated.
The Prophet’s Companions were surprised to hear such words fall from his lips.
“Of whom do you speak, O Prophet?” the Companions asked.
“Woe unto him! May his nose rub in the dust!” Once again, the Blessed Prophet repeated his lament.
The Companions were more puzzled than ever. It was no small matter to hear the Blessed Prophet lamenting in this fashion, and speaking so of a person whose wrong was, as yet, unknown to them.
“But why do you speak so, O Prophet?” the Companions wanted to know. “Who is it who has done so great a wrong that you should utter such sad words?”.. The Blessed Prophet turned to them, and saw how puzzled and anxious they were. “I lament over a man who is greatly unfortunate,” he explained. “That is the man who sees that his mother or his father, or both of them, are old and need his care, and yet does not know that to serve them is to enter the Jannah!* It is so simple”, the Blessed Prophet sighed, “and yet such a man may still not see it! All he has to do is to obey Allah and care for his aged parents and the road to Jannah would be open to him!”
Now, the Companions realized why the Prophet (pbuh) was so sad.
A man would be unfortunate indeed if he failed to enter Jannah despite having such a simple and easy opportunity before him.Your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as] “uff,”** and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word.

Whispers of Shaytan (poetry in MSN group)
Author: Souladvisor

Stay in your bed, don't make a fuss.
Your prayers can wait, give in to your nafs.

What! Go to the mosque, the path you'll pave?
Don't bother, think of the gas you'll save.

Why go the extra miles to be kind?
Don't share that smile, they won't mind

Listen to your parents, why should you?
You're big enough; don't let them tell you what to do!

Don't look at those orphans, what could they need?
You have your own problems, and family to feed.

Wear good hijab? Oh me, Oh my, you'll be targeted as a Muslim and put to shame.
Just wear no makeup, and dress simple and plain.

Go for Jihad? No not you.
It's not your problem, what can you do?

Don't worry about Jannah, your place is reserved.
I promise you'll get all you deserve.

Preach about Islam, and be nice?
Listen to me, and take my advice!!!

Don't fast during Ramadan, you'll feel dead.
Don't go for Hajj, the heat you'll dread.

Why give charity, or feed the poor?
Don't do it I say, They'll just ask for more.

Don't visit the Muslims, they'll bite your back.
Don't stop your work for prayer, it's money you lack.

Then he makes you hoard your wealth.
He thinks while he talks, and laughs to himself.

You take me as your friend, and don't give me a fight.
I'll take you to hell to gain respite.

On the judgement day we will meet.
Allah's plan we can not defeat.

Shaytan thinks and thinks of more to say.
Say A' oothoo billahi, and make him run away.

Dear believer, don't let shaytan put you to the test.
You can overcome him, just do your best.
